PD Premium Studio Rules

These regulations have been created to ensure the benefits of our members. Our aim is to establish a civilized community while providing high-quality services.

Meaning of acronyms and others.

  • PDPS: PD Premium Studio.

  • Member: Someone who has accepted the rules of PDPS and has purchased a Class Package or Session Package consisting of at least 12 sessions.

  • Guest: Someone who uses PDPS services but has not purchased any packages or has only purchased hourly services or a trial session.

  • Member account: An account that is registered and confirmed by PDPS, which provides functions to manage the packages and services that members have purchased on pdpole.studio

  • Packages: Offered by PDPS to its members include Session Packages and Class Packages.

  • Services: Offered by PDPS include individual sessions, studio rental services, instructor training services, and performance services.

PD Premium Studio Criteria

  • Our studio is committed to providing high-quality facilities for artistic and fitness activities. Our goal is to promote health, confidence, and the discovery of beauty in everyone.

  • We strive to motivate and inspire people to achieve higher technical standards and embrace artistic values.

The Use of PD Premium Studio

  1. PDPS Property: Please do not move any property or items at PDPS without the permission of a staff member or instructor.

  2. Taking pictures: Taking pictures and videos is not allowed in sensitive areas such as restrooms and bathrooms.

  3. Studio: The studio is only available for class sessions or rental services during specific times. Please do not continue using the studio after the session or service ends. However, members and guests are allowed to use the free areas after the session or service ends.

  4. PDPS Staff: PDPS Staff is not obligated to perform duties outside of their job responsibilities. Please do not request PDPS staff to perform tasks outside of their work hours.

  5. Clothes: Please wear appropriate clothing for each class.

  6. Health:

    • Before enrolling in any class at PDPS, members are strongly recommended to undergo health tests at a professional medical center. If necessary, PDPS may require members to provide a health certificate.

    • Please do not smoke or use anything that could affect the general environment and space of PDPS, as well as the health of others.

  7. Food, pets, dangerous stuff:

    • Do not bring foods to PDPS, except foods/ drinks for medical  purposes or not smelly. Foods/drinks need to be bottled or packed carefully.

    • Alcohol/ stimulants are not allowed at PDPS.

    • Pets are not allowed at PDPS

    • Do not brings dangerous stuff, weapons (knives, swords, or any stuffs might lead to personal  injuries) to PDPS.

  8. Hygiene general:

    • Behaviors such as spitting, graffiti, littering, etc are forbidden.

    • Do not use chemicals, cosmetics, ... that have irritate/unpleasant smell in the restroom/bathroom.

    • Do not use personal shoes to enter PDPS rest room/bathroom . Only use slippers provided by PDPS to enter rest room/bathroom.

    • Please take off the shoes before entering Studio.

  9. Personal property: 

    • PDPS provides lockers with keys for Members, and in case of lost key, Members must provide compensation as required.

    • Please return the locker key to PDPS before leaving.

    • Members are responsible for keeping their personal property safe and using the lockers according to the corresponding key.

    • PDPS is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft that happens to Members' property.

  10. Sound/Noise:

    • Please respect the space and avoid speaking loudly to avoid disturbing others.

    • During group classes, it is especially important to follow the instructions of the staff/instructor.

    • Please switch your phone to silent mode, especially during group classes.

  11. Children: Children under 16 must have parental/guardian consent to participate in PDPS activities.

  12. Guest:

    • PDPS areas are only accessible to paid members and individuals who have purchased PDPS services. Guests who wish to visit PDPS must contact us beforehand and obtain permission to enter.

    • Members must notify PDPS staff if they plan to bring friends to visit PDPS.

    • Guests who wish to participate in our classes will be required to pay a fee and adhere to the rules outlined on this page.

  13. Restricted Area: Members are not permitted to enter the PDPS staff area.

  14. PDPS opening hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 8:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm (for group classes)

    • Please complete your workout and leave before PDPS closes.

    • PDPS may close or modify its opening hours on certain holidays or special days, and details will be communicated to Members via email or on this page.

  15. Schedule Changes: Schedule or instructor changes may occur due to subjective or unexpected reasons. Any changes will be updated on the Schedule page and here, no later than 2 hours before the class starts

  16. Location Changes:

    • Location Changes: PDPS may relocate within a 10 km radius of its previous location due to objective or subjective reasons.

    • PDPS will notify Members 30 days before the relocation, and PDPS may change its brand name at any time.

  17. Maintenance

    • PDPS may suspend the use of some equipment or a part of the studio for maintenance or safety reasons.

    • The maintenance period will not exceed 30 days. During this time, PDPS will ensure the number and quality of lessons, as well as other benefits for students.

Benefits of PD Premium Studio Membership

  • Members will be provided with an account on the PDPS website, pdpole.studio, which will allow them to manage their training packages and register for services/classes at PDPS after payment is confirmed within 24 hours.

  • Members are entitled to participate in classes according to their registered training package and have access to the PDPS facilities mentioned herein .

  • Members can purchase multiple training packages at the same time. Each member's account is not limited in the number of training packages/services that the member wishes to purchase.

  • Members have the right to temporarily suspend or renew their services/training packages at PDPS according to the specific policies of each package.

  • Renewal fees are clearly stated in the Policies for each Training Package and Service on the PDPS website.

Obligations of PD Premium Studio Member

  • Members are required to provide their ID card, citizen identification card, or passport when confirming payment for the membership package. PDPS staff will take a photo of the member for record-keeping purposes after the payment is completed.

  • Each member is only allowed to use one account at pdpole.studio to register for a training package.

  • If you have any feedback or complaints regarding service quality/staff, please contact our Hotline at 0904676996 or email support@pdpole.studio. All feedback will be responded to within 24 hours.

  • Members are required to maintain a respectful and civilized attitude in their interactions, refraining from uncivilized actions or comments, and avoiding attacks or defamation against any individual in the PDPS class.

  • Members are prohibited from gathering in large groups causing disorder, displaying banners, distributing materials, or engaging in other offensive activities within the PDPS area. If any of the above-mentioned situations occur, PDPS reserves the right to deploy security personnel or request intervention from the competent authorities.

  • All members are prohibited from disseminating or publishing inaccurate or unauthorized information related to PDPS in any form whatsoever.

  • Members must strictly adhere to the instructor's instructions during class. Any movements or postures created independently by members, outside of the instructor's guidance, may cause unintended consequences or injuries, and PDPS will not be held responsible.

  • Members are required to bring their own personal mat (a thin mat to place on top of the Studio's exercise mat) when participating in Conditioning, Stretching & Flex, and Handstand Lab classes.

  • Students are not allowed to use body lotion or full-body sunscreen when participating in Pole Technique and Exotic/Floorwork classes.

  • Dance shoes used in Strip Plastic and Exotic/Floorwork classes are not permitted outside the training area during class hours. Members must ensure their shoes are clean before participating in these classes.

  • Under no circumstances should you store personal belongings in the lockers after classes are over.

  • Members who bring family/friends to the Studio must notify and obtain approval from PDPS in advance.

Termination of Service for PD Premium Studio Members

  • The benefits of the member will be terminated on the date of the expiration of the package/service.

  • PDPS reserves the right to cancel a subscription and not refund any amount paid by the member, if the member violates PDPS rules.

  • PDPS will terminate/suspend the account/service of any Member who engages in violent actions with others or intentionally damages PDPS equipment/property. In such cases, the violator will have to compensate for any damage caused and be held responsible in accordance with the law.

Force Majeure

PDPS reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, act of terrorism or serious threat, civil unrest, sabotage, strike or boycott, blockade, accident, fire, explosion, natural disaster (such as storm, earthquake, landslide, flood, etc.), or any other force majeure event. In such cases, PDPS will not be liable to refund any amount paid by the member.
